The main problem with that is that the game should have story before DLC, as only including story through DLC just seems greedy. It would be like me saying that you can have this grilled cheese, but then I take the cheese away which is a very important part of the grilled cheese, and then just tell you that I'll give you the cheese at another point in time after you have already digested the bread.
