Friggin pixelated lines IRRITATE me so much now! >:(

I have no idea how this happened. I use paint SAI. On my screen when I draw, thin lines will look pixelated. Thick ones too, but not as much. A week or 2 ago everything was fine. I could draw smooth nice lines and everything would look sharp and clear. But now DEM FRIGGIN PIXELSXMZJNFSDKJF.... Ugh.. We even got a new pc today. I thought that would fix the problem, but no.. And our monitor is still good too. I have no idea how this problem appeared and how to fix it. I tried several things with the help of the internet and our pc guy who always helps us. Changing DPI and stuff. Problem still exists. Changing all kinds of options within the computer regarding the resolution, cleartype and many other things. Problem still exists.. The only thing we thought it could be then is my drawing tablet. I got it for quite some time now, but I am not sure if that's where the problem lies. We would buy a new tablet and test it. If the problem would still be there with the new tablet we would return it. But until then I really want to figure out a solution. There has got to be one, right? For every problem out there is a solution, RIGHT? :C The problem can't be the PC since we just got a new one which is very good. And the monitor is fine too. Full HD and stuff. 1920x1080 (recommended) if that is important. And that the tablet causes this issue seems unlikely to me. But that will be tested soon. I also thought that it could be the drawing program causing the problem. I use Paint SAI. But even images I drew before that I look up now look pixelated. Mostly the thin lines. And even the work of other people, but not everyone. For example, I see pixelated lines on the comics of Cyanide and Happiness. I never did before. >:[ Do any of you PC gods know a solution for this? I will love you eternally if you could provide an ACTUAL solution! :'3 TLDR; Drawn lines (in Paint SAI) look pixelated on the edges. Especially on thin lines. Tried loads of things to solve it, but nothing seems to help.. PS: The picture shows what I got. You can see it very good in the LOL letters and the sun. But it's basically visible almost everywhere.

You mean the jagged edges? They're an effect that is known as aliasing - the artifacts and imperfections you see come from your monitor not being able to fully represent an image in an accurate manner. All normal monitors do this (a 1080p desktop monitor is relatively low resolution). Algorithms known as anti-aliasing help reduce this effect. They're something that you're noticing for the first time, but have always been there. Such are the imperfections of digital displays. I would: -Draw at a higher resolution (make your canvas bigger so as to allow for more pixels - you will see aliased edges when you zoom out, but you will still have more pixels to work with, meaning you can create "smoother" lines) -Reduce edge hardness in Paint SAI (look up how to do this, it's pretty simple)
