Strikes are not campaign they are team based missions, the story says story mission. Ps+ is only required for strikes/raids/multiplayer and special events that aren't in patrol. Patrol events are fine without ps+ Example : the weekend playlists all require ps+, assuming the queens orders later this month may be a modified story mission or strike.

For story missions no, for co-op strikes and pvp yes.

Not per say, the story missions doesn't need ps+ on the ps4 but strikes (if you wanna class them as part of the story) do.
