Well actually, it's better this way. Objectively of course.

Hmmm its tough I think only on strikes and deathmatch is 100% needed bit many mmo's deal with out most ppl use team speak 3, Skype or LINE or party chat (if on console) . But I will say this if they really put voice chat in the at least need to give us more emotes and add a txt chat bar, , and maybe the ability to make macros ,so you could click wave but your wave and you macro it in so it says "greyfoxEX waves to <target> In a friendly manner "how ya doing" So yeah ..... more emotes Macros Chat box How to start Clan/fire/guild guide in your inventory when you start Clan tags And yeah voice chat , they could easily have an off button if done ppl would rather not have it , I'm aware call of duty got really hostile at tines, but we still need to talk . "

I think fireteam chat would be awesome so as to counter having to invite to party. But that's my humble opinion. XD

1 RespuestaMaybe not a public voice chat but just a chat instead of going person to person chatting
-
Yaaaaaaassss!!
-
How about no
-
I like the silence. as a solo runner I'm ok with this.
-
1 Respuestaproximity voice chat for main game would be the bees knees. voice chat all together for pvp would be boss too
-
1 RespuestaWhy didn't you do a poll?

4 RespuestasYes and no. I see the struggle of communication because I like to play with others and assembling a fire team is difficult. However, hearing little kids, singing and music, and idiots like in a GTA lobby would drive me insane. Maybe more actions besides dancing and waving in Tower. Idk. I agree we need something but idk if public chat is the way to go.

4 RespuestasLooks like you're missing something here. Party chat! Private enough to mask out all the random people you come across even when they're not with you in the campaign or a strike and social enough to coordinate an attack. I have used this option very successfully evern since launch and works like a charm, ignoring an occasional break-out in the voice. Have fun!

Signed. Get your head out of your ass Bungie.

7 RespuestasThat would be the worst thing ever, say you have 30 Guardians all at the tower and all of them are talking at once............. Or you see another bunch of Guardians out while doing your thing and you are trying to talk to a friend, but then another 5 players start talking, how bad is that going to be? I will leave that there with you.

2 RespuestasEditado por kaliko701: 9/10/2014 8:47:48 PMProcess now: Think (man I wonder if this guy/girl is 10 years old.....do I want to invite them??) So on your better judgement you do only to find out they don't have a clue on what they are doing and your spending every minute trying to explain every little detail to them and finally you make up some poor excuse like your cat pissed all over console or some s***. And then repeat with the next guy/girl. Process with public chat (proximity only not all tower with option to turn off/on) 1st guy: Hey man 2nd guy: Hey 1st guy: Where you from? 2nd Guy: Illinois 1st guy: Ahhhh I think my cat pissed all over my console.... lol just kidding. Anyways it would help 'break the silence' if you will for the social aspect that I think Bungie wants but is too afraid of the people yelling profanity and such. Hell I want to know of those guys before I get them into my fire team, would't you?
-
oh HECK no. that would be awful.
-
2 RespuestasI just want a way to ask someone if they want to group up for something without randomly sending them an invite out of the blue. That seems rude somehow.
-
1 RespuestaI think that's a great idea. If implemented, it would be easy to have the option to turn it off. I think it's pretty bad not to have some sort of public chat system (voice or text). The Tower looks like a cool place to hang out. They could/should implement both but have both options default set to off.

1 RespuestaI, for one, would love public voice chat. It would help a LOT during Strikes and such, without having the others in your fireteam. Of course, there must be a way to mute. To avoid those annoying buggers.
-
1 RespuestaUnless you mean public voice chat. I don't see this working lol

1 RespuestaThat's dumb
