As the title says. I think they should be nerfed. Im using a warlock and our super is just one massive purple ball...the hunters is a one shot pistol and 2 knifes and last for ages and is at most unstoppable in pvp types.
Edit: To be honest i now see why people complain about the forum...not very many helpful comments. just lots of keyboard warriors.
And i have one of each class and even i know using the hunter myself is OP...especially as other supers are nowhere near as powerful

They can't nerf just for the sake of PVP because the classes need to function effectively in PVE.
-
The hunter can only kill three people and most of the time I get killed why activating it. While with warlocks you're invincible while doing it and it has a HUGE blast radius able to kill multiple people. Honestly I think they are even in those terms. How long it lasts doesn't matter I sometimes use golden gun get 1 or 2 kills then just run around not finding anyone else and it just wares off it really isn't that good
-
Hunter super last like less than 10 seconds. That titan shield though lol wait till you run into that and you will change your mind. Gives the team an invincible bubble for like a whole minute it's insane.
-
As a hunter it's a bitch to get kills with the super. I rely mostly on my ability to shoot and the lucky Nade every now and then. The throwing knife is hard to get a hit on a strafing target. We don't get vortex or nova bombs or that damn shoulder charge. If you suck then get better. I chose the hunter for the challenge of the super and in my opinion one of the hardest classes to play cause of it. Especially bladedancer when I get there. Where I have to be in your face to do anything and you can just nova bomb me as I activate my special and start rushing toward you.
-
God I love when people complain about the other classes and not there own lol Maybe try playing as a hunter and you'll see!
-
Ahahahahaha! Funny, very funny. It's underpowered kill wise but OP range wise, so it's balanced.

Yo, you know what time it is?
Time to cry yourself a big ass river so you can build a big ass bridge to move you big, sorry, butthurt ass over.
Right now it's tea time for me. *Sips tea*

Hunter has be only supper that takes skill. You actually have to hit them
-
They are fine the way they are Hunter is easily to avoid just run away which is something people really lack in PvP if your outgunned or someone using a super it's okay to regroup with back or lay a trap also note that void walker and gunslinger the gunslinger is a bad match up why cause the gunslinger(not saying it isn't bad at close but in comparison to other it is it's weakest) is meant for mid-longe range combat void Walker really only has a chance by a laying a trap(using glide as shot from above first strike or vortex or axion around corners to do dmg) or using blink to get in real close sunsinger stands up a lot better if not titan strikers should be annihilating them with shoulder charge and rush tactics works on gunslingers Teamwork is what Destiny is all about only time I can see where it has and advantage is rumble and even then you it's not really advantage considering you don't have teammates watching your back

4 RespuestasGet better. At least you get a chance to dodge it and kill them. I'd rather fight a hunter than a titan or warlock who I know will install kill me. If you see them power up then just start strafing and find cover or light them up quick. Don't jump it makes you an easier target
-
There's a skill when ur in super that let's you throw a knife adds some time for another shot making it 4 :)
-
You can still easily snipe a Hunter whether he is using his super or not
-
All supers are op in their own way. I'm fine with it and I use titan.
-
1 RespuestaI'm not a fan of the titan super. there's really no avoiding it
-
I have to disagree. It's pretty even. Think about it. Warlocks and Titans super can target a mob. If they nerf the Hunters super..what are they going to to? Give us one shot to kill one person. Now that wouldn't be fair. Then again I'm only level 20 so I don't know if there anything else Hunters can add to the golden gun.
-
I don't know what level you are at this current moment in time, but I just reached level 15 last night and unlocked Sunsinger, of course. I'm looking into using it heavily, especially with fireborn.

Here it comes!
adapt.
1 RespuestaAs Hunter is the only class I'm playing at the moment, I will say that the super is not overpowered at all. It's probably the worst super of the three for PvP. It's not even that great for PvE if I'm honest.
-
my arguement is "air strike, predator missile, and attack chopper. you do good you get rewarded with a boost in kills. as long as they dont add anymore i think we're good.
-
8 Respuestasyour super has the ability to kill a whole team in one shot.. come on now.
-
Editado por EmperorRick: 9/10/2014 6:52:31 PMEvery class thinks every class is over powered. That is usually a sign of good class balance, and whiny players. Also, give yourself a few weeks to master your main and sub classes. You may find a different story once you are farther into your development

1 RespuestaHold up while I search for a -blam!- to give.....
-
I swear we ranted about this... 1/10
-
Hahahahahaha. Terrible...
-
Nah. Golden Gun is the weakest super in PvP. You'll get three kills max if you're lucky. Nova Bomb and Fist of Havoc can easily get 3+ in an instant. I've been killed by Arc Blade a few times but it doesn't seem OP at all.
-
1. Find a corner. 2. Wait around a corner with a shotgun. 3. Shoot them before they shoot you. You have just wasted their super. They take more milliseconds to aim at you than you take with a shotgun. Golden gun is annoying in PvP, but I know there are ways of avoiding death by them.
