Remeber this hand cannon
Remember back at the E3 2013 demo? We saw this badass hand cannon that's elf 7 bullets instead of the standard 6 and tore almost all enemies a new one like how hand cannons are supposed to be. Not to mention that hip fire was great a set area to shoot plain and simple. I just hope that this "buff" made to hand cannons makes them at least somewhat like how they were.

1 Respuesta^that's the [url=http://destinydb.info/inventory/item/2144506417]Mos Ganon V[/url]. Looks a lot like the Duke, no?. The demo weapon is the Duke .44 and it doesn't really look to preform any differently from the Hand Cannons we used.

I could one shot enemies in pve with my maverick but in pvp I would get destroyed if I used a handcannon

The problem was not in pve but rather pvp.

6 RespuestasIf hand cannons don't get a damage boost buff I'll just call them pistols. I want a hand [b][u]CANNON[/u][/b]. Like a .50cal hand gun. I was not satisfied with hand cannons in the alpha nor the beta, pretty much were never used. If the hand cannon does get a damage buff I'll use it; if not then I'll just use it when I want a slighter challenge.

I'm pretty sure it's called the Duke Mk.44. I thinks it's also supposed to be a legendary weapon, especially since the early E3 demonstrations were played with legendary guns like the Thunderlord. It may have been used on low level enemies, but I bet it's still powerful regardless.

3 RespuestasThey updated hand cannons shortly after Beta. All hand cannons get 7 rounds now, and the exotic form gets 8 rounds.

Also you're right about the hand cannon but as you see in the video the enemies are LVL 3 and the Hand cannon we have no idea whats it lvl and impact so it may be legendary for all we know.
