It seems like every day I make up my mind and plan out what direction I want to go with my first character, but then I'll read something on here about a different class and then will change my mind. Its getting ridiculous. I've literally bounced around from every subclass a few times, in my mind. This is either a product of my own boredom and OCD or a testament to bungie making 6 viable subclasses.
Anyone else going crazy trying to choose?

Nope. Loved the Hunter the design since it's first showing and won't be any other class other than to earn the trophies attached to them.
-
The first time I heard about the races and classes was the GDC in 2013, long before we knew anything about subclasses. I chose Exo Warlock straight away and haven't changed my mind since. My advice is, don't concentrate on which build will be 'better' or obsess over stats and abilities. Go for the overall concept that feels 'right' for you.

Don't let other people tell you what to choose. Choose Titan-strength, harder to kill. Good support class. Warlock-space magic. Harder to kill than a hunter. Also good support class Hunter-Assassin, stealthy. Lonewolf.
-
Well you get 3 loadouts so you can use them all and have one class for each loadout. Only thing you need to decide is which class you wanna do first

I'm having a bigger issue choosing a race and gender for my Titan. I'm between male Exo and female Awoken...
-
I'm pretty much in a constant cycle. I'm on Warlock at the moment.
-
Same problem. I hated the titan but after watching more console gameplay with it I really like it but I can't stray away from the path of the warlock brotherhood

Editado por Synthiate: 8/27/2014 1:57:48 PMAlways been out for Warlocks. Space Wizardry is best! Will do one of all classes in the end, though.

Eventually i will play all 3. Just to max them out and get dat legendary loot.

Honestly, while each class has different supers and abilities that are different, the main difference for choosing a class is its jump and its starting recovery/agility/strength. Then you should choose between which ones you like to get a certain super/ability. Otherwise, the movement and feel of your character won't be right. For me however, I am going with a titan because I want to get my strength up first, then recovery, while still being able to maneuver well enough. I like the lift jump because glide is too slow for me and double jump is unforgiving if you want to move while mid-air. Finally, after all that, I want to have an awesome ability to create a dome-shield to create a factor my enemies won't be able to predict until they decide to attack or in the case of a rampant whale(Interceptor).
If you feel strongly about being a certain class though then fine just make sure you don't die by whale attacks.
Editado por I Am The Guitar: 8/27/2014 5:23:45 AMNope, even before the game came out I set my sights on Titan. In the full game I am going to play as a Human Female Titan. It was a really easy decision.

Dont think about anything but what the classes are. Forget abilities and all that just think about which class seems like you. Would you be a warrior, a rogue, or a wizard?
-
Just choose what fits your play style. Back when i first saw the Trailer and saw the Titans FoH i was like "Thats so cool! Ima play Titan." But because a friend and i agreed we would play only our main choices together, he was going to choose , Warlock, i had to play Hunter until he downloaded beta. Turns out, i really enjoyed the Hunter. Especially with that double jump. Loved the verticality.

1 RespuestaExperimentation is something Bungie wants you to do, I'm sure.
-
Nope, Defender Titan all the way.
-
4 RespuestasMe too, can't decide between voidwalker or sunsinger!

I'm between defender and arc blade! I think defender will be needed for pve but arc hunter will be amazing in pvp
