It would appear. As a hunter. I'll be able to access dub jump and blink at the same time.

Dub jump with blink is even more so

This may also mean the angel thingy on the warlock replaces the better glide maneuverability and not glide itself.

3 RespuestasIt's in at least 2 trailers so unless they took it out of the game it's still there. In one I clearly saw a hunter jump, and then jump again and then teleport. In another trailer, I saw a hunter jump and then jump and then teleport ends in another guy shot a rocket at him.

Nothing is official until the game comes out of course. Edit: This does not include armor abilities. For anyone who is confused, no, you cannot have Double Jump and Blink. It clearly states in Blink's description that it replaces Double Jump.
