Second, you are able to continue levelling up some of your abilities, just as you could in the beta, so you can fully unlock some of the abilities that are available to you. And those rumours? You got to play it too, and unless there was something about it for the first few days that you could not see in the following week, I'm not sure why this is such an issue. I would like to take the time to point out that Microsoft had the early exclusive market locked down for CoD, another Activision franchise, for a rather long time. And whilst it was never used as a selling point, it is something to consider. Perhaps it is the publisher who gets to pick that and the developers who just make the content. Food for thought. This kind of goes along the same lines as people who complained about how everyone got to jump in on the last couple days. Does it really bother you that much? Bungie just makes it. It's like getting angry at a brewer (we're talking beer here) because a certain liquor store does not carry his brew. The publishers get to make those decisions, and this time around, Activision is playing to the Sony players. This is probably to draw them in because Bungie had won over a good amount of the Microsoft side of things. It did for me. It's something that everyone has to deal with from time to time. However, right now, the Bungie community is larger than ever. Right, so I'm hitting broken record levels of repetition right about now, but the "exclusive DLC" is just a timed release. The Xbox players will be able to get it down the road. That has been made fairly clear by both Bungie and everyone who has ever reported on the subject. Again, not unlike what Activision did with CoD or what Microsoft did to make sure that Tomb Raider was "Xbox Exclusive... for a bit." [b]TL;DR[/b] The game itself will be exactly the same for both Microsoft and Sony players. Any rumours to the contrary are entirely false. The fact of the matter is that you do not like the fact that Sony players are going to get something before you. Will that really matter? After a week of playing and earning your own gear, your own weapons, and building your own legend, will you [i]really[/i] still care about the token items they were given at launch? They do not change the game all that much, and they sure as hell won't change yours.

Money… That is what it all boils down to. Do you remember the Bungie vs Microsoft war that happened? Apparently not. Let me tell you a story: Once upon a time there was a tiny company called Bungie that worked with Macs. Microsoft made them a deal, and Halo was brought up (yes it was initially intended to be on PC). As the community grew a bigger love for Master Chief, both companies' income bloomed. H2 hit, and the ratings flew through the roof. X360 came out, and there was H3, sitting there waiting for it. Throughout, Bungie had a shadow lurking behind helping where possible. That shadow was 343i (hence Guilty Spark's "343" number). At this point Bungie was thinking of another project to do besides Halo. Microsoft was like, "No, you are under contract, we want another Halo!" Thus H3: ODST. Bungie, "Now can we show you this?" MS, "No! More Halo!" Then came Reach… "Last chance, we think we have a gold mine here!" "No! Screw your idea! Halo or none!" Bungie then turned around and looked it's apprentice, 343i, in the eyes and said, "It is yours now. Take care of Chief for us." As Bungie flipped the black cloak over its head and disappeared into the shadows. Years later they return. They have a bar of gold, shooting off rays of light in hand. They go to MS first. "Well, here it is. Want in?" "No, *aimless rant on how they left and Halo 4 was a joke*." "Alright." They went to Sony now. "Hey, do you…" Sony, "Bungie, coming to us?! Who cares what you have, it must be good! We will pay you for ALL exclusives, handsomely." The deal was made. A while later the Alpha and Beta show up. Bungie walks into MS's office, with a giant box. "What is this?" MS asks. Bungie takes a giant 4 foot hand from the box, the words Destiny on the palm, takes a stance, and starts thoroughly beating the s*** out of MS with it. Moral of the story: Because Microsoft was such a money tyrant (for the sake of the kids that we know are on here) Bungie's fans are forced to either be out an extra $400+ solely to play the good Destiny, or deal with the downgrade for the year that Sony has rights to the exclusives. Do NOT blame Bungie, blame Microsoft. Sadly, I do agree Bungie does need to give more accurate answers, not these cryptic/beat-around-the-bush ones we have been getting. I heard PS4 is getting an extra class and dual wielding SMG's too. Also Horses, Swords, Crossbows, Space Fights, Beards and In Game Marriages. There's a rumor that the PS4 Guardians will also have access to all the armor ever released in Halo.

I personally am okay with playstation getting more exclusives because they get mad at us when we get exclusives. So I am a bit disappointed but am by no means mad.
