SImple question from me: If I change my address on playstation to a New Zealand address, time zone, and zip, Ill get to play a day early because my playstation, thus the playstation store, will think its Sept 9th 12am no?

You cannot change your region on your account after creation you would need another acct and you would be playing on servers on the other side of the world resulting in a less than optimal game experience
