I believe the only way it would be successful is if it was on a dedicated server, and I don't know the camps or raid bosses scaled accordingly. The issue with trading or the use of auction houses is - the obvious - that the echelon of gear is raised. Low level players can equip gear that would not otherwise be available to them; and gear and dungeon hunting becomes auction house trolling. Ultimately, I believe Bungie would have to alter the way the game interacts with the players if trading was an option.

No trading.

I rather earn my items, weapons and etc. Destiny is all about going out and exploring and seeing what the world has and every time u go out its something new

Editado por CheckForAPulse: 8/20/2014 11:02:02 AMI think a trading system for destiny is an awful idea. The ability to trade opens the door to people selling in-game items for REAL currency (or even in game currency) which leads to scams and developers/publishers needing to resolve disputes. This also allows people to just buy all the gear they want, as opposed to working for it and finding it themselves. This takes any kind of significance out of having that exotic/rare armour piece. I dont want to grind to find a certain piece of gear, then have numerous people I come across wearing it just because they've paid a bit of cash, or been given it. This idea is pretty much never used for anything more than a hand hold for lazy people, who don't want to go to the effort of getting items themselves.

They said they'd add some sort if player economy down the road and if trading happens there needs to be certain limits to it

You want so much RMT? To buy your glimmer to?

Editado por PRISM: 8/20/2014 1:52:06 AMI'll say yes. But it needs to be way different than trading in past games. Make a merchant where two players can arrange a trade for equally rare items. Both parties pay a high glimmer price to do this. No glimmer gained from the trade, only the traded item of equal rarity. This is good because some classes value a weapon type more than others, such as a defender benefiting from heavy weapons. Also, friends would hand off weapons to help one another in a real fight... Why not within Destiny? Weapons are earned in battle, which is co-op... Why not have the op to trade the loot u gain with your teammates? Again, merchant, high glimmer cost, and only walk away with the item u traded. I think this would work well.

Trading would be HORRIBLE

NO!!! But seriously, please no...

No trading. There are enough posts on this subject as it is. It goes against some of Bungie's ideas for the game, and they don't want it for a good reason.
