#20 SHOULD NOT BE THE MAX LEVEL.
Level 20 shouldn't be the highest level because it won't take much time to get there so soon everyone will be level 20 and there won't be any fun on ranking anymore.

Pretty sure it won't stop at 20 on one of the videos guardian was lvl like 22 23 but idk could be changed but just lvl 20 would blow ... i think it works like you get to 15 start on ur special class lvl up to whatever lvl that is then maybe another special class you can lvl up to switch to for more versitility. Because in that special class slot their was 2 slots if I remember right...

Reason levels are so low so you have better luck finding ppl you same level to strike and coop with. I personally dont want a level 50 player when im level 10 in my team. Item level will still go up. Modes of light bring u up to 30. Idk if they will add 5 levels with each dlc.. maybe.
