It'll make the link purple and therefore an easier color to read against a white background. Also, since you clicked it I hope you wouldve posted to it too because #offtopic has lots of creativity. Actually, I was just kidding about that part. They don't. And it disappoints me. It disappoints me that I'd probably be the only kind of person who'd spend so much time into a meaningless post such as this one. There are so many more insightful threads out there, and this one is the least. I know I'm not the solution to the problem because lets face it: nobody is reading this. If you did then you sir, are beautiful. You are the key. You are what off topic deserves, but not what it needs right now. So let them mature. Because they have to. Let them come to the realization that knowledge is sacred. Let them also realize that the act of creating meaningless bullshit on the fly is indeed a skill needed for the modern world. It makes us sound like we know what we are doing when in reality we are not. In the end, we are all just floodians, not even sifting through the nonsense, but becoming one with it, like the atoms in a molecule. We move with the currents and barely realize the loss and tragedy this flood has caused.
