Do you have a wireless router? If you are just needing an internet connection for your friends xbox, then they will just need to connect to your network via their xbox network settings.

Editado por Fantom: 8/13/2014 2:16:12 AMI'm looking to connect both consoles to live and Destiny at the same time. uPnP doesn't seem to be working since, from what I've been reading, both 360s are communicating through the same port. For example during the beta, I would be signed in and playing, he would come by, plug him into my network and I'd get kicked off live and destiny when he logged in, and he would get kicked if I signed back in.

Are you two using the same live account? I have had four 360's connected to live via their own live accounts, all on the same router, at the same time before. (Gotta love playing Diablo 3 with three buddies all hanging in the same room.) We never had any trouble connecting.

Are you both connecting by different means? Try connecting 1 via wireless and 1 by cable, or try 2 by cable ect and try to play using a different game together. If you can't do that then I'd suggest just going and buying a newer router since it's probably your router having issues because of it's age. I bought a new one for $80 a couple weeks ago and I have 2 phones, 2 laptops and my Xbox and ps4 all hooked up to it no problems.

Both wired as to provide the best connection possible... What did you buy?
-
Try playing a different game like CoD for example or something online together first, if you can't then it's more than likely your router and not anything else I have a Netgear N300

Isn't that impossible? That's what I'm trying to set up. Nothing but issues.

Hmm.. Well if you both have your own live accounts, I don't see why you should have any issues. When the beta was live, my roommate was playing in the basement, my other friend was playing upstairs, and I was playing in the living room. All of us were on the same router again, and none of us had any connection problems. My only guess is your router is acting up.

What router are you using? I'm betting on "old ass router" being the problem, also.

This is what I am using: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B008OUKZZI
