Title for reference. What is the worst injury you've ever had, flood? I guess mine would have to be when I broke my arm. I tried to do a backflip off a trampoline onto the concrete... Which was a silly idea in itself. But then I somehow slipped and headed face first into the ground. My only instinct was to put my hands in front of my face to protect it...
