Title for reference. What is the worst injury you've ever had, flood?
I guess mine would have to be when I broke my arm. I tried to do a backflip off a trampoline onto the concrete... Which was a silly idea in itself. But then I somehow slipped and headed face first into the ground. My only instinct was to put my hands in front of my face to protect it...
And the result was the bones in my forearm being cleanly broken just above the wrist. It still occasionally hurts to this day actually. When I'm bowling in particular

I cant tell you how many of these posts ive seen.... But for me its when i tore my labrum trying to tackle a 300lb running back in American football. Got friendly fire when my teammate decided to help and instead hit my shoulder shoving the "ball" in my joint straight into my shoulder tearing the labrum, making my arm go totally limp....

I haven't broke anything. Not really had too many bad injuries either. Probably when I dropped a knife into my foot. Lol

I've had two concussions I stepped through a trailer and a corner went straight into the side of my knee, my foot never touched the ground. My knee was black for a week and a half, swollen for at least a month. I was doing box jumps and missed the box with my right foot by less than half an inch on like my 3rd set. Stubbed my toe and came down hard on my shins. Bone bruises (one step below a fracture) on both shins. Scars now about half an inch wide and 1.5-3 inches long on both shins.

I got crushed in between a bin and the gravel on the floor gashed my arms and legs open so I have a huge purple scar on my leg and loads on my arms. Sounds so stupid and it isn't even serious aha

2 RespuestasEditado por Huunior: 8/12/2014 10:45:53 PMI was skiing at one of the resorts/mountains I go to every couple years, and I was takin a sharp turn (and I mean sharp. had to dodge a tree) and lost balance. I rolled a pretty long distance without control and something ripped my jacket (My North Face jacket :c) and when I finally got balance and stood up...my right a was completely destroyed. Skin all open, blood slowly pooling out. My friend called for help and when they got me to a hospital. They said i was a few cm away from losing control in my right arm forever. Soo yeah. I have a scar there now. Pretty badass if you ask me. And for those who are wondering "Did it hurt??" Well considering I didn't feel it rip my arm to shreds, no it didn't hurt. Doctors said it's because it happened so fast. Well, there's my story. I would post a pic of it, but I don't know how to get pics from my gallery (mobile) to become a link.

A broken heart.
Naw, when I broke my arm in third grade.
Hydrochloric acid burn. Worst pain I've ever experienced. It started out as a slow, tingling burn and within a half hour progressed to searing my skin and felt like someone was slicing and ripping my flesh. I can't even begin to put into words the pain. And with the amount of chemical I was exposed to it has a chance of long term heart issue. I.e. Kill him.

Nothing too serious. Never had to go to the hospital or anything.

2 RespuestasI sliced my finger open when I was using a band saw at work. A pallet of cinder blocks fell over on me when I was riding in the back of a truck. Those are probably the worst injuries I've sustained.

Chronic testicular pain. Last summer my left testicle was in constant pain, I was scared shitless because I thought it was cancer but after visiting 4 different doctors and a radiography exam it showed no irregularities. One doctor said it was psychological, and because I kept thinking about it the pain remained. 3spooky5me

2 RespuestasBroke my collarbone trying to get clips of me skating when I was younger. But the worst was probably (bear with me, I was a dumbass kid and you'll burst out laughing reading this) when I was like 9 or 10 I built a catapult in my backyard and thought it would be a good idea to launch firewood off of it. So I did, and ran. And the firewood came directly down and hit me in the back of the head, lmao. To be brief, I had to get 3 medical staples in the back of my head. Oh, and I was allergic to the pain meds they gave me so I was vomiting all night as well. Fun huh? Lol

Editado por tuckers baby: 8/12/2014 5:13:23 PMAyyy, you changed your avatar! OT: almost four years ago, I developed appendicitis. We didn't know that it was that at the time, so it was treated like a stomach virus. At the end of the week I was taken to the ER and there they told me what I had. My appendix had already burst, and the acids were eating away at me. If I hadn't gone in for surgery right away, I would of had two days to live. Afterwards, I spend ten days in the hospital, and had to stare at my Legendary edition of Reach for six of them. On the 20th I got out and had to use a wound-vac to keep pressure on the area where I was split open. Mom managed to get a tutor so I wouldn't fall behind in schoolwork, and now all that's left is memories, the scar that runs from my belly button to the end of my upper body, and an ETMC pillow the nurses gave me.
