What is your handshake style?
Everyone has their own handshake style. What's yours?
Mine would be the firm handshake, with one shake, while smiling and making direct eye contact with the opposite party.

However, one of our pilots is like, 6'244527389...let's just say hes really freaking tall. I go in for a handshake at rib level for me and he jerks my arm up to his ribs (almost my head level) and proceeds to make me feel like a child, which at 5'11 185 lbs...is not easy to do. I try to only glance at their eyes and then focus more on the bridge of the nose, I think it's less imposing that way and people seem to like it. Informally, I like fist bumps. They're quick, easy, and you don't have to get another person's sweat and germs on your hands. With my best friend? We lean past each-other, raise one leg, and shake ankles

When I go for an actual hand shake the other person usually rushes to squeeze and ends up with only the ends of my fingers, which is awkward, so I just go for the clasp and back pat

Formal? The firm handshake. Informal? Usually the thumb-grasp leading into the back-pat hug. If I somehow feel intimidated by someone, I end up going for the overly aggressive hand-crush.
