Remember that Captain, err.. bullet sponge that likes to haul ass and not give you any time to kill him? Solution: Melee. This will stop him completely because he is programmed to retaliate with a melee in response which can simply be avoided by jumping back. If you get a bunch of people pounding on and shooting him, this event is actually quite easy as he will simply start flailing left and right. I've soloed this event but 2 people is plenty. You don't need a small army to bring him down. I thought I'd share this information since it seems not many people have figured it out yet. This captain is part of an "Eliminate the target" event, you will not find him anywhere else.
