A few thoughts as to your post (all in my opinion).I think the d-pad idea is great, it would be a nice little quality of life change! The fire team/raid size complaints, I think that having more in a team or raid would be unnecessary. The fact that the game is an fps as well as an rpg is a big reason for smaller teams, because unlike most MMOs or RPGs, and the fps aspect of this cause allows quicker, more complex gameplay and a higher damage output from the player. (In terms of enemies' health ratio). This is why more players in a team is unnecessary. Also, about the pvp/pve weapons seperation, as long as the pvp gear is not going to stomp out pve weapons in terms of quality, seperation is not a good idea.
