They don't HAVE to but it's not like they haven't released any misleading information that disagrees with recent articles on a fairly important aspect of the game. Sinking $60 into a game (or more) in my opinion entitles you to the important information about it. As far as transfers go I could care less anymore. But I'll be pissed if the game ends up being smaller than originally claimed.

You act like people have no right to know. I'll be thrilled with playing the game at all but there's ok avoiding the fact that the game will not have the amount of zones originally claimed. I love the game and support Bungie 100%. But you don't see me being a douche to people over a fairly important question with no answer.

Don't be rude because you want to spoil the game for yourself. They can choose if they want to answer or not. The closest answer you will get is this weeks Up At Noon.
