I see all of these rising clans selling themselves out declaring their devotion to only one aspect.
If you want to suck more get rid of your teeth.
So many new clans are limiting themselves based on console, region and class. It's sad to see ambition destroyed by self inflicted weakness that can be avoided.
Guys and gals of this site, please take care of your clans, don't deny yourselves parts of the game for exclusivity. You will dry up and split because your clan was shallow from the start.
The greatest clans will consist of many people from many places doing what they want together.
I am telling you this so that your experience will be better upon release. I want to see success among my fellow players, I want everyone to enjoy this game to it's fullest. But when you limit yourselves, you are only hurting your experience.
Here is a great way to recruit people, or even before making a clan, make it with your friends. Let everyone be involved with it, be equals. Play with people then consider giving them an offer. Skill in the game is nice, but you might want to check their personality too.

Editado por dragonsfollwer: 8/3/2014 2:40:07 PMyet again people want a group they can run with not just sit here and talk because they are on different systems diverse groups are fine but clans should stick to the same system due to the ability to play together in a raid group im in multiple groups that are cross platform but i want a damn clan that i can actually run with ingame not just on a damn website. THAT'S why people are making clans for one system or another THIS is the point i am trying to make.

1 RespuestaWith clans limited to only 75 people, we are kind of being forced to put like minded people together. We don't have a whole lot of wiggle room to have players from very console in the clans themselves. I would agree with you to some extent if it the player cap wasn't in place. That said, some of the longest running clans are still around because they focused on a select group of people. I think the ones that last, focus on life-style and similarities outside of the game, rather than a region or any in game mechanic. Don't believe me? Look into the Ancient Warriors. Over 250 strong, and they focus only on people over 35. 250 may not be much, but they have been around since Halo 2.

2 RespuestasI have been playing games along time and as i am a clan leader over several games i feel that having restrictions makes sense .. You seem intelligent and i can understand your need to be part of a huge clan/alliance .. But in my experience having a large clan can be disconnected .. no one really ever gets to play with everyone , too many different personalities .. where as in my clan i have gotten to know everyone and have played with them .. Again I've been right there with you , large clan with a recognized name .. when you get invited to a fireteam and someone kicks you cause there buddy jumps on , i hope you remember what i said .. Anyways enough from the old dude. Bungie.net/en/clan/157148

Yup your exactly right and it's not about sitting in one spot its about making friends and having fun. That will build team work and team work will build a strong clan

[/b] [/quote] That's exactly what being in a clan is all about. Having fun TOGETHER and doing what we want to get what we want TOGETHER... My experience that military style clans don't last long. Lots of drama when one member gets ranked up and yada yada yada. Our group is about having fun and each other's backs. <3

This is true elitist clans are weaker. The games designed around 3 classes so use them all

6 Respuestasso instead make a clan on a console and system you don't own nor play on? How will you ever find players???lol. the strongest clans are small ones that are created around a group of friends and expand that bond.

Editado por bunggeeis trash: 8/1/2014 11:45:29 AMFound this intresting. while i agree only accepting certain classes might seem silly to me from my game play experience, i also dont feel the need to tell other people how to play the game they paid for, or insult them and their whole clan for having a different way of doing things. Take my clan for instance, ps4 only and has time zone pst in the description cause thats the time zone the clans going to schedule around, has nothing to do with limiting myself from other players! Just simply the way ive learned to organize things like this. And there is nothing wrong with that, or the open arms approach. Play, and let play?

13 Respuestaslol. yea try managing all that for yourself, then you'll see why most clan's keep themselves region locked, and exclusive to one console.
