Movies are a passive medium. Games are active and require player interaction. Understand this basic concept before trying to compare them when it comes to FPS.

A movies 24 is equivalent to a games 30. I honestly can't see a difference between 30 and 60 but I can feel it while playing, although the difference is neglegable.

Editado por FlyingHotPot: 8/1/2014 10:47:59 PMThe most important distinction is motion blur in films and then lack thereof in games (not counting the artificially intentionally added motion blur in games). http://youtu.be/n00qUDL0Cxg

I have already seen that video and I understand it but 30 fps is still more than enough to play the game happily. And if the frames get upwards of 60 it starts to feel like a blu ray movie which irritates me to no end.
