I will either turn off chat altogether then or keep it on and spend all day muting stupid and immature people. I know I am not the only one out there that does not want the game to be run by the immature abusive users. I am sick of crying posts about "X isn't fair to Y" and "that game over there has this option and I will make a big fuss if Destiny doesn't have every option under the sun".

Private, sure it could be ok but you may as well just use voice chat due to the annoyance of using a controller to type text... PC it works great, console w/o a simple method which doesn't impair gameplay doesn't make any sense imo

I would probably not answer anyone anyway and don't want shit popping up all over my screen. Its annoying enough as it is with the "return to orbit" stuck on the side every time I went to the tower. There is already something in the game, next to a player's name, you can press the button, open up the options menu and send a message through the system's messaging system. A lot of current complaints already had a solution, just people didn't know about it or too lazy.

8 RespuestasThe only reason I say no is because you know as well as I do that the typing interface with XBLIVE and PS+ is atrocious and very slow. Now if it was done by the companion app with your mates then I'm all for it, but in the tower it'd take forever to say anything. Like ents talking in LoTR.
