They need to add matchmaking as an option for Raids! I mean who is going to have 5 friends online and ready to play a raid at anytime? Please Bungie add matchmaking so it makes it much easier for us to enjoy the end game content. Thanks. Edit: Matchmaking can be an option, you don't have to get pair up with random strangers like some people were complaining about. Not everyone has 5 friends dedicated to destiny. Edit: Not everyone is going to have friends to play raids with you. I mean I don't want to waste my time going through the forums to look for a fireteam when I can matchmake instantly. By having no matchmaking, it makes it very difficult to enjoy the end-game content for many people.

2 Respuestas
Stupid move , Bungie! Really Stupid Move! -Making a team and friends took at least few days or weeks just to get people join in! I remembered clearly when I was on FF14 to kill Hydra or Chimera that I need a stupid party just to play and there is no matchmaking. You know how long it took me to get that party ? 6 damn days to built a party which last only 2-5 hours! Just to play that quest I wish it not suppose to exist!! After a while, some quit, new come ! It be lots easier if: 1) You just add MatchMaking and who ever leave will gain some penalty: Like 3 hour or more not able to enter Vault! I do not care how long you wanna penalize but longer should enough!Add to 1-3 player who want to quit during mission. Wasn't that more fair to others? No one ask to quit anyway! 2) Whoever leave , just enter with new one and join together to play it like you did in Strike. You done well on Strike but poor in Raid!? WTH! 3) Sometimes stranger make better movement than friends cause everyone skill is different as tactical too. Used to have a friends played together , end up all die but when join with 1-2 stranger, they can kill better than us and without KO! " Look outside the window, you will find more idea than you look at the ceiling!!" 4) When some buddy got a good loots, they will abandon you slowly. Good friends are most capable in betraying you like Microsoft did to you!! You said that yourself and you still repeating your same history!? 5) World time is different! Have few friends from US and UK but time cant match up cause I live in Asia. Remember there is a time zone in this world! People plays in R1 or R2 or R3 doesn't make that person live in USA or UK !? 6) Beside to enter inside, we need lvl > 22 gear etc , why other cant join us!? Cause we all stranger and they not invite into this party?? Stupid answers! and why you added matchmaking in first place in all other game type include crucible!?? 7) You told us that this Vault of Glass is very challenging raid and long at least 3 hour with some bla bla.., so what the problem if I want to bring others than my friends to join in. If person wanna quit, just penalize them! When they are in Vault of Glass, they know what they do, they are not baby ! Even my daughter age 15 y/o know that rules! My baby used to be suck in FPS. She cant shoot straight, hide when others is shooting, being knife by others thousand times!!, but she have desire and passion is strong with her. I thought her sniping, teach her tactical I know so far and she spend at least 3-4 hour alone in EXPLORE just to train her sniper and if you see, among 891 kill, most were using sniper, knife hs and tab auto rifle. For you, hero is born but for me, hero is created. Every players is idiot and noob in first place but my question is Are they forever listed as noob? Even they do have a great gear, go in without a brain install in head also a major problem to others! Much more to go and just leave an option to join via MatchMaking or with friend choice. You could made lots players happy that way and problem is solve!! Getting a good team is our problem now and not your problem! Trust me Bungie! Be a gamers yourself then you will know what we needs and this is not a demand but this is our need as gamers. PS: Pardon my English Dust cause that language is not my primary.
Clans and match making are exactly the same thing. Clans are just your name next to people on website you still do not know.

4 RespuestasI don't want to spend 2 hours in a raid for some random to rage quit and waste my time.

1 RespuestaEditado por Kodo21: 7/30/2014 10:14:42 PMI feel that should be only made available after a majority of people know how to do it. Raids can be done without communications if you know exactly what to do but if they did have matching making obviously need a way like wow to find another person if someone happens to leave and to fill their slot and potentially have an option to kick someone. I don't know what all you need as far as communication goes but so far it's basically kill minions and then focus on boss. I don't know if it will require anything more than that but would be nice if it did.

1 RespuestaThere is solution to everything guys. Here's how it's done. Just make it so there will be matchmaking, then make it search for people close to your combat rating. Simple, yet effective. Of course, this will have repercussions such as: longer match finding times, a bigger skill gap, and sometimes it just may suck. i.e. Because your Combat rating is really low you get placed with low skill people. Then for those of us with active friends, there can just be an invite option. Opinions?

6 RespuestasThe funny part is that people that say no to this kind of feature would no even have to use it, they could stay with their elitist buddy and just do it by themselves, finding people to do stuff in a game with no chat will be quite hard.
-
Agreed.

3 RespuestasI'm gonna say no. Which is tough. I mean I only have 4 friends who actually own a ps4 to play with but I'd rather look for another person or two then be paired with randoms who could drop out. That being said, I think they should allow for less people in a team. 3-6. That way at least you have a full fireteam if not a full raiding party. I'm aware that'd make it incredibly difficult but may make completing any raid that much sweeter.

13 RespuestasEditado por War5torm: 7/30/2014 9:12:24 PMI get why people want matchmaking, but no. These raids are supposed to be hard, they're supposed to punish you. Searching for a group of random people and attempting a raid is going to end up with a lot of people failing and then complaining how raids are to overpowered. The Devil's Lair strike mission took about 20 - 30 minutes to complete (less if the 3 of you are good). I went into the strike mission by myself. Got matched up with 2 random people. That strike mission lasted almost 2 hours! The 2 randoms ended up quiting after 'I' finally killed the devil walker by myself -_- Getting matched up with someone who doesn't know what they're doing and/or they're not good at the game, and all they do is die, is annoying. Having that same problem in a raid is just going to involve a lot of people quiting out. Keep matchmaking out of raids. But make it easier to join fireteams from the tower

Why don't you post this video after you've tried an actual raid first before you worry about match making?

A complete must have!

5 RespuestasNo. As always gamers want it easy.

Reading those comments make me laugh, people say raids are supposed to be hard ... Doing it with random people won't make it easier, following that logic finding people is what make raids hard.
-
2 RespuestasThe content would have to be severely nerfed in difficulty to be feasible for such groups. The point is for them to be too difficult to tackle without a lot of communication. And effectively anonymous strangers + requirements of coordinated teamwork = a complete nightmare. If they made it a separate mode then they'd need to either have no rewards for it or a lower tier of rewards. And I think this is contrary to their vision for the game.
-
An LFR option would be nice, but they'd need to tweak the difficulty settings and I'm not sure how willing they are to do that. As it is, it's not hard to find people for a clan, so it isn't really a big deal.
-
6 RespuestasShould at least be an option. Right now they are cutting off a portion of content for some people who are buying the game. People who are giving their money. It is OK for people to be against it those people wouldn't have to use the matchmaking system. But it should at least be an option and should have drop in drop out
-
I'll give this a yes. I only add people I actually know to my friends list, and not all of them are in to the same games as me. So getting 5 others on, not so easy.

Editado por Hirsty: 7/30/2014 9:06:45 PMWhoever said no... You idiot. How is matchmaking bad in any way? If you can get 5 players together, well done. Then you don't need matchmaking. If you vote against matchmaking, then it's obvious you don't want to use it. So you won't want to play the raids. Which you can't if there's no matchmaking. It's a no brainer. Not having matchmaking is stupid. When it releases I will not have enough time to recruit 5 people. By the time I do that, I'll have to go. Please Bungie, change this. I know how stubborn they are, so they probably won't. Who other than young teens have 5 friends who play the same type of games for several hours on end? Not many at all. I can guarantee that. What about 6 months after release when half the player base (including your friends) stop playing regularly? You can no longer raid. Gotta meet randoms, then try. But isn't that essentially matchmaking but 10x slower? Yes. Such a lazy move on Bungie's part.

1 RespuestaI'm sure they will...they did that with the strikes but raids are suppose to be even more challenging.
