Headsets
I am planning on buying a new headset for destinys launch as my current set is Sub-par.
I am considering the following
Turtle beach XC1 gaming headset
Venom vibration wired gaming stereo headset
Turtle beach ear force X12 Headset
Turtlebeach Xla amplified stereo gaming headset
And finally the afterglow Xbox 360 communicator
I am asking to see if anyone here has used any of the above and what they thought and to see if anyone recommends any of the above.
I have a budget of €55( not much I know) so if anyone has any suggestions maybe? :)

4 RespuestasI currently gave the x12 headset. I may be a bit biased but I think that they are lovely. You can control the sound of the game and voice chat separately and you can change the level of bass. They are extremely comfy, after a couple of minutes you forget that you are wearing them. They cut the level of external sound superbly and you can turn off the mic seperately whilst still keeping the headset on. That and they are pretty sleek looking too

Well I looked up the Turtle beach ear force X12 Headset, Turtlebeach Xla amplified stereo gaming headset and afterglow Xbox 360 communicator. I read a few different reviews and of the three the Xla seems to be the best in terms of both quality and price. While the X12 has a superior mic, its design has one or two problems. I have also read many reviews where people who previously owned X12s believed the Xlas to be just as good. So because the Xla are much cheaper yet still have a similar standard I would say they are the best of the bottom three. (Wounded hobbit, I know I am posting this much earlier than the agreed upon time but this suits me better)

I personally use x12s and they work magic , they have separate volumes for chat , bass and game , so you can focus on whatever you want , it's pretty legit

I have the astro a50s and love them more then anything.

2 RespuestasI have the X12's and the work great. The battery life on it is about 17-20 hours of gameplay before you need to change them. I can't say anything about the others but I hope this helps in anyway.
