Didn't want that "Exclusive Emblem" anyway.

6 RespuestasGreat news the as servers were able to cope. Glad we aren't looking at a GTA Online / Sim City fiasco.
-
3 RespuestasYes there may have been a total of 4.6m people during the the time of the BETA the the only ones who will get the Emblem reward are the ones who played during the stated two hour time window on Saturday the 26th.

2 RespuestasEditado por SeekerofPower17: 7/30/2014 8:18:26 PMBeta was never called exclusive though. It wasn't a closed Beta. In fact, it has mostly been referred to as a PUBLIC beta. Leading me to believe it was PUBLIC (there are many definitions, but I believe this one is the one I'm looking for; accessible to or shared by all members of the community). Also, just because someone played Beta, doesn't mean they logged on in the 2 hour window required to get the Emblem. It is exclusive, because only people who were online between 2pm and 4pm PDT on the 26th got it. EXCLUSIVE (limiting or limited to possession, control, or use by a single individual or group). Yep, if it was only available in a 2 hour window, that would make it EXCLUSIVE.

1 RespuestaY'see, its now more rare to not have that Emblem. Not that anyone was going to use that god awful thing anyway. It looked like a god damn refresher bar.
-
Lol agreed just keep the exclusive
-
3 RespuestasYeah I wish the exclusive emblem went to the real beta testers that actually preordered the game. Hell, honest I don't even like the people that dropped $5 for the beta... I hope the people that downloaded the free beta don't get anything...

We are Legion.

1 RespuestaEditado por Arch Vindicator: 7/31/2014 8:34:34 AMMaybe Bungie will surprise us and give us a similar emblem, that is much more badass. Maybe what they showed us was like the rough draft..?
-
1 RespuestaI'm keeping my Iron Banner Emblem.
-
1 RespuestaIm getting the emblem and it looks alright but ill probably upgrade to something else after a few days. I hate the colour combo.
-
18 RespuestasDoes anyone still think there will be a third subclass
-
1 RespuestaWell they have no excuse now for failure in the server department
-
22 RespuestasEditado por Dar Katan: 7/30/2014 3:47:27 PMAnd the servers ran incredibly smoothly with that many people rushing to play. Those network techs at Bungie have done some incredibly great work on their end to make it as smooth as possible. Can't wait for the launch on 9.9. PS. Now we'll see if Xbox Live and PSN will hold up at launch.

1 RespuestaDont care for the emblem, but glad the servers survived :)
-
4 RespuestasThis defeats the purpose of the emblem

2 RespuestasI made this exact thread. It was thrown to the other pages in an instant.

13 RespuestasEditado por Acidviolet: 7/30/2014 11:14:55 PMJust for that amount of player to buy the game, keeping in mind an average game cost of about $50 would work out to $230million. Edit: My calculations were based upon the standard edition at $50, and the amount of beta testers stated.
-
1 RespuestaWell, its a momento, we could call it
-
4 RespuestasI'm with you. I want the highest level Osiris emblem, anything else till I get that is a place holder.
-
2 RespuestasStrange there was allready 6.4mil in the alpha
-
3 RespuestasIt's still pretty exclusive if you look at the big picture. 4.6 million out of 7.2 billion people on earth.
-
4 RespuestasEditado por Phantom Prey: 7/30/2014 2:47:35 PMYeah, around 4.6 mill (probably less, but still millions) also have this same emblem, not very special anymore. Good to see the servers stood up pretty well against that high traffic.
-
1 RespuestaI got the emblem an I CANT WAIT FOR DESTINY :D
-
2 RespuestasWOW thats a lot looks like this game will be around for quiet awhile
-
1 RespuestaIs that for all 4 consoles? If so I'm not surprised
