The game would turn into absolute garbage. You guys want everything nerfed. Your specific characters buffed, your favorite weapons buffed, enemies weapons nerfed, you guys want vehicles nerfed. You all want ridiculous things and it makes me glad you guys aren't game devs because you obviously have zero sense of balance.
Filthy casuals seem to dominate the forums these days. The time of the pleb has come. Save yourselves.

Editado por REXEL: 7/29/2014 7:49:48 PMThink I said this in another thread but all of the people who complained and want nerfs are the same ones going 5-20 each game. What the OP means by casual gamers are the individuals who want instant gratification from a game just so they can throw it down 1 week, and move onto the next game. Unfortunately those are the people devs seem to be listening to nowadays. The only thing I found a bit imbalanced was the warlocks grenades in comparison to the hunter and titans grenades. The warlocks grenades were so much better than the other two classes grenades.

3 RespuestasListening to the community is a grey zone in gaming. My conclusion or answer to this is listen to your community but listening too much can be bad.
-
In fact, I think I will just live here instead of the full Destiny forum. I have found my home :)
-
I'd put money on you being a fan of the Souls series.
-
Thank god for someone who has intelligence. Faith in the human race has been restored

I can't say for certain, but I would wager that casuals also dominate the market. I agree with the first thing you said though.

7 RespuestasEditado por tL FaCeLeSs: 7/29/2014 4:56:19 PMIn all honesty the game did seem balanced but imho im not purchasing the game. There were so many MMO features that were left out that I felt were needed. Mainly "LFG" Looking for group, I stayed with a 3 man fireteam the whole beta just grinding Vanguard experience. There were countless times where we came across a person soloing. Another popular feature that I felt missing was server/cross server trade. Now they could implement this however they want but i was astounded by the lack of local trade. I can recount so many times I got a great sniper drop and a team member got a fusion rifle we wanted each others guns to fit our playstyles (I was a Titan he was a hunter). That ruined the beta for me. All these sniper rifles and all I could do was dissasemble for weapon parts. Speaking of weapon parts, and other mats no crafting? A role-playing game and no crafting? Bungie might be including it in the final version but not seeing even a glimse of it was weak. The beta was a horrible let down from all the hype it was recieving, and as much as I love Bungie I will not purchase this game.

2 RespuestasI was onboard with you until you said Filthy Casual... Kind of Douchey, Lord Douchington.
-
8 RespuestasOh please with your video game lingo. Calling everyone a 'filthy casual' gamer because obviously the ideal person with a life would use it up on this video game like you.
-
I like pvp exactly how it is. When you start messing with the original gameplay the game just becomes less fun
-
4 RespuestasNothing needs a buff, alpha and beta were awsome! Sad I didn't find a uncommon galahad in the beta though....but the shingen was a good fill in!
-
I think the biggest complaint is the lack of chat options, specifically proximity chat. This is a multi-player game, yet I feel alone when next to other random pubs. No way to communicate. I can't tell you how many times I wanted to shout "check it out! I found a chest here!" Only to see the random player I was roaming with running the other way. :( prox chat is a must, with an option to disable for those who prefer.
-
2 Respuestasif they didn't listen to the community then some of the game would stay absolutely terrible like crucible, supers just ruin the flow of the game but PVE is great.
-
-
I second that. The only modifications I would suggest is to be able to communicate to other players with mics on pvp.
-
We don't need it nerfed, we need a better communication system. Check out my thread on chat outside of fireteam

I agree, I thought the game was balanced. I don't know why the Interceptor is getting a nerf, when it has so many counters, most players haven't even experienced how the game will play at max level.
-
2 Respuestasfinally true knowledge has been acheived. i hope you are a warlock. and on ps4. freind me.
-
enemy weapons need a buff imo
-
YESS! Usually I walk into the forums like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgzD3qMZIWs because everyone thinks they are smarter than Bungie. Thank you sir!
-
Was expecting to lol at you because they did and they changed interceptors, but I was thoroughly surprised. +1 sir.

This post brought a great sigh of relief. The amount of whining and half-cocked opinions in this forum are appalling. I don't trust Bungie because I'm a fanboy (altho I am), I trust them because I don't have a choice. They are making this game and I am not. We all know that haters will hate and trolls will troll, but we also know that every last one of them will buy the game September 9th.
-
Well said! Agree 100%. Always seeing complaining about little things. Just play the damn game for what it is.
-
1 RespuestaI'm going to file this one under Community Hater. BTW, Bungie listens to their community more than most devs. They just aren't stupid.
-
2 Respuestasseriously the game is awesome can't wait for September 9th

Balance and adjustments to obtain that balance are extremely important. In order to achieve that, feedback is also very important (with the necessity of filtering the intelligent feedback from the rage quit typing rants). However, the beta had us locked at level 8 gear. We haven't experienced level 10 rares or even level 20 Legendaries/exotics. I'm can't say I have the capability of saying that "Item A" is OP and needs a nerf, nor do I have the experience to tell you that the weapon is fine due to the item being EASILY outclassed by weapons of both higher level and higher tier. That type of feedback, will have to wait until release.
