From what I noticed, the warlock body armor gets its ass kicked after wearing it for a while. I cant say for the other two classes, but after getting my new warlock body armor, i was in love with how nice and fresh and clean and blue it was. After a few runs in explore, crucible, and devl's lair, the bottom of the body armor turned dirty, and all torn up. IDK if this was just for me or for everyone else too, it was nice to see that effect though.

My Titan started out with shiny red and white armoured plates, but as you said, a few days explorin' ol' russia, and the paint is chipped, there's a few dents near the shoulders, and my once-pearl white mark is so dirty it's gone tan. I think it's a pretty good effect, makes my Titan feel like the badass she is.
