Just maxed out and fully explored all there was to explore within 10 hours and now I'm left wondering, is destiny really going to be as big as it's said to be? I'd want to see at least 3 to 4 other zones like old Russia on each planet, because if it's only 1-2 zones then I can see how that would get boring pretty fast.. Also noting that within each Destiny trailer I've ever seen, they've only shown the same zones over and over again which has left me feeling that Destiny really isn't all that big

6 RespuestasEditado por Malismo: 7/20/2014 7:18:16 PMNo not at all and you shouldn't either for the following reasons: Firstly, it's a beta. Secondly, leveling is faster than normal Thirdly, Bungie stated it's a microkosmos, but a fraction of the full world. Now assume it is 4x (conservative) bigger when released, that's a 40 hour campaign in a shooter type game, most full games don't even last half that long. Fifthly, strikes, raids and crucible are meant to be repeated, throw in randoms and organised groups and the experience will never be exactly the same twice. Sixthly, I bet you haven't explored even half of the explorable beta and just level rushed it. Lastly, it's a beta

3 RespuestasThe beta is supposedly around 3% of the actual game

At first I was worried when I burned through the content. But on the second day playing through the same content with the same character it was extremely addicting. Even with the very limited content it was consuming, a lot of potential addictive content. At the end of our first brief glimpse it dawned on me that they will and are following through with their hopes for us as gamers, at least for me. I'm pleased with the direction, the gameplay, and just about everything. It is well worth the $ spent without a doubt. Any and all of my concerns are minor compared to what is actually being delivered to me. As a consumer, I love the product and consider it a great investment
-
Why don't you try doing some research.
-
Remember that bungie is treating it as an mmo and expect to keep it going for 10 years. so no matter how bit it is there's tons more to come.
-
Nope, it's effin AMAZING.

4 RespuestasThe beta is like 10% of the whole game, calm down.

1 RespuestaLet me guess, you've been bombarded with responses like "it's a beta" or "the beta is less than 10% of the full game."
-
1 RespuestaIt's getting way too much hype like Titanfall.
-
Destiny should be pretty massive and up to scale. Remember that content will be released expanding on the solar system and places to travel/explore.
-
Buddy bungie hinted on a strike called Mumbai Rush during last E3 now if old Russia was the only explorable area then why would mumbia which is in India be mentioned? Think on it mate. Also each world is as big as reach campaign and I found the world to be quite small, so we probably only saw 1/5 of the actual area.
-
I am a little afraid but remain cautiosly optimistic that in september I'll be surprised....
-
I hope that as the game progresses and we fight back the darkness more and more it would unlock more of the planets in our solar system. Maybe dogfights in the incessant storms of Jupiter? Sound awesome but dogfights seem unlikely at this point. If not the gas giants their moons would be nice to go to. I'd love to see Bungie's take on Titan.

3 RespuestasWhat I want to know is in the full game, can we only go to Russia? I was expecting at least one country from each of the 7 Continents. Will I have to lower my expectations?
-
My expectations are high I must say. This game can always have new content added to it

1 RespuestaHave you been to the grotto?

8 RespuestasThe beta doesn't even cover all the areas in Old Russia. There's the moon and three other planets. The moon has four areas as far as we can see right now. I'm sure each planet will have at least the same if not more. Looking at the map of earth it looks like there's 2 more regions in addition to Old Russia. There will be plenty of environment to explore. And 2 expansions already announced. I'm not worried about running out of stuff to do in this game.
-
5 RespuestasI'm very concern about the longetivity. For a normal single player game it's probably going to be huge but didnt they expect a ten year life span on the game? Pvp will probably do fine, assuming people get into it, but I just can't see them having the foundation and update frequency to keep the PvE'ers interested for years, or even one year.
-
70% of places are unconfirmed sadly so yes I'm afraid
-
Yeah the game will be huge and they already have two expansions in the works!

Editado por Dean Harvey: 7/21/2014 1:56:52 AMU do relise we cant explore most of earth yet there are alot of walled out doorways and enermies immune to dmg that stop us exploring evrywere.
