The Dad's Of Destiny
Evening all, I thought I'd start this thread up for all of us out there who are dad's looking at this awesome looking game coming on the horizon, and asking ourselves "how on earth are we going to get the time to play this awesome game!?"
I'm a reasonably new father with a little girl who is my everything. Before she came into this world I found myself with a reasonable amount of time to game if I wanted to but now she's my no.1 objective.
I found a little bit of time to play the alpha, and absolutely loved it but it soon dawned on me how much of a time sink it could become lol.
So my question to you, the dad's of destiny, how will you be managing your time between dirty nappies, mealtimes, crying fits, and all the beautiful things we have to do as being a father, and a good partner to your girlfriends, fiancées, and wives? And not forgetting jobs too lol
I work nights so I'm a bit of a night owl so on my days off I can grip some play late at night whilst my daughter sleeps with the possibility of a few hours when my partner is at home too. Really looking forward to the beta, and even more so for the full game!

[ps3/ps4 clan] Sonz of Hades. We are a clan of adults only. If you are mature and don't have a squeeky voice and can pass of as an adult we won't discriminate. We basically just don't want any squeeky whiny little kids. Other than that, we are semi serious gamers, not super hardcore because we all work or go to school. But, we play daily and get down with it. NO RACISM, adults only, and mics only. Ohter than that, no rigid dorky rules, just have fun and bring your A game. Only way you would get kicked from the clan is if you were just absolutely horrible and don't seem to be making any progress.

I'm part of the grizzly ps4 clan, what happens now, is there a way to subscribe to DoD updates and will there e some sort of connection between other DoD clans

I'm a single father with plenty of time on my hands. My only real problem is sharing the Xbox with my 12 yr. old son when he's over...especially since he's an avid gamer too. Lol!!

I have a wonderfull wife who tollerates my gaming hobby alot more than most would. My Halo stats clearly show that but my kids are older now so it becomes easier yet more challenges do arise. I also stay up late to get some good solid gaming sessions in.

Daughter, and let me tell you playing Destiny has definitely been a high lite this year for me outside of my daughter being born. I would love the opportunity to be a clan mate with fellow dads who understand the Destiny will provide a lot of joy but will still pale in comparison to our children's smiles. Huge fan of destiny so far. Its always hard to find players who will not only tolerate when you have to take care of your kid or or something in the middle of the game, and this clan could be the answer to my problem of how the hell am I gonna take on the glass vault. Hello DoD, I have a daughter who's 7going on eight and she's a handful as you all might know. I work at an IT company currently located UTC-4:00 EST. I work and hang out with my girls ( my daughter & wife ) watching movies and playing UNO. I would like to be apart of a good clan but also a great group of guys who are dedicated to family and work. Hi I'm a 23 year old dad. My amazing daughter is now 6 years old. I saw this group featured in the community focus today. First I want to say that I think this is a wonderful idea and an amazing group. I try so hard to form groups with my friends in order to play and build a clan that we can call our own to conquer with. However lately I have been finding this harder and harder to do. I would love to join this clan but I also want you to know that if given the chance I might also want to join or make a clan with my friends if the chance arises. I participated in the beta and I will be primarily a hunter however if the need arises I could fill a titan role. I play on the Xbox one. My PvP skills are not so great but im great at pve I can lead strikes as a titan or support as a hunter. My mmo experience mainly comes from playing world of warcraft where I was a tank and healer. I would love to join and feel I could be a valuable member not only as a player but also as a young father. Please feel free to message me or comment below. Thank you.

Im a young father actually. I had my son when I was 17. Luckily I have a GREAT old lady who understands that I'm young and need some 'dad only' time. So a rough day, and I can just ask, and go chill. But my lil boy likes to get the other controller and 'play' with me. He really likes NCAA and Madden! Likes watching some "fahball"
