it really depends on what kind of PC you have

You could build a pc that does everything the consoles do and then some for relatively cheap. Might be a little more than the console but you would also gain a home pc out of it. Minus the kinect which i wouldnt want to begin with.

The good thing about a pc over a console is you have the option to upgrade your system on a whim. If my choice was between the x1 and a pc, i would choose to build/upgrade my pc. You can add ram to the pc permitted your board can handle it. You would need to look online to see if it can.

agreed u have to keep upgrading consoles for xbox and ps3 and even nintendo...but the pc you dont have to upgrade

You can't upgrade a console. You can upgrade the hardware in a PC.
