Personally, I think all three are very balanced.
The Titan and Warlock have very reaction based supers, meaning both excel as a "get out of jail free" card. They can be activated mid combat to clear the field. This is more notable on the Titan who, when activating fists of havok, can sustain a shot from golden gun.
On the flip side Warlocks can glide and utilize their super from afar and up close. In either case, they don't take damage from their own and the radius is large enough in close combat to kill targets behind them.
Both Warlock and Titan can clear a room and are particularly good on a territory. Meanwhile, the Hunter needs to activate their super outside of combat more often than not or they run the risk of dying mid activation.
While they can kill three targets, opponents across the map can hear the gun and since it is on a timer, they can avoid the hunter.
