6 RespuestasCan you give me a general idea of how the daily routine was in boot camp? I'm looking for ideas to get stronger physically and mentally to have a productive day. What did they feed you in boot? They aim to build lean muscle, no? Thanks. And thank you for all your service.

3 Respuestas"marines don't die...they go to hell and regroup"... knowing the mentality of your drill sergeant is important i think, which they won't tell you. I mean, your dad could tell you to do something and you would trust him, even if he was screaming mad at you because you know that he loves you and has your best interest in mind. you don't know this drill sergeant from adam. there is a way in which people are brought together. just like people on this forum fight with one another you might think they could never agree on anything. however, put them all in marine boot camp and they will unite in hatred for their drill instructor. It is his job to tear you down. why? because there is no such thing as a war won by a single person or even with that mindset. you are meant to go to your brothers/sisters tired, hungry, defeated and gain strength from them. that is the best advice I could give...that no matter how tough it gets, unless you are dead you keep puttin' one foot in front of the other. you can't survive marine boot camp as the person who showed up on day 1. you have to become a marine. knowing that these drill instructors will push you to your limits and dare you to strive past them, they will always be looking out for you. trust them, trust yourself, and the moment it is all over you will go from hating that drill instructor to sharing a beer with him in a second. that drill instructor doesn't have time to be your friend, but he already is the friend of the marine you will become. semper fi

2 RespuestasDo they include ISIS video training during bootcamp these days. I mean given the whole world gets to see thee videos it would be helpful if they gave you some basic pointers, you know hair styling (without mirrors), the right look (not distant, but not crying neither), wording (subtle key phrases to substitute in your speech).
