Huh...Bungie is not giving him the benefits he deserves and we already know he was terminated without cause. The plot thickens.

It's easy to tell that they don't care about their previous games fanbases when they have a new series out. On the old layout there's no forum sections for their pre-Halo games. With Halo there's the firing of Marty and with the Destiny demo the only way to get access to it is by pre-ordering it. You would think the people that have been supporting Bungie for years by having most of the Halo games linked to their accounts would get a code.

You're letting your nostalgia and fan-boyish get in the way if the actual facts, which is it hasn't been released what he was fired for. Marty says it was "no cause", so that's the end of it? What about the other side? I'm pretty sure Bungie had their reasons for letting him go. Seriously; it's people like you that are the bane of actual knowledge and reasoning.

Yes...I'm not liking the looks of all this. It is making me rethink the purchase of Destiny. I have a hard time ponying up money for companies that do things like this.

Seems like a legit reason, maybe? Compare both theme songs and you'll know what I'm talking about. I still think that halo wouldn't be as good without marty.
