Cassilen solemnly nods. You now stand outside the magic shop. It appears to be around 4:00.

I look for a fletcher.
-
Walking to Center Square, you see a store called Ace Archery. You step inside, seeing a plethora of bows, arrows, and bolts. An elven shopkeeper stands behind a wooden counter. "How can I help you?" he asks in a deep voice when you walk in.
-
"I'm short of arrows. I have five good ones, but I'm not good enough to rely on just five."
-
"Okay, what kind would you like, and how many? We have sell them in bundles of five. A bundle of bronze costs four coins, iron costs six, and steel costs eleven."
-
"A bundle of steel arrows ought to do, at least for now."
-
-11 gold +5 steel arrows The elf nods. "Anything else?"
-
"I'm short of money for anything close, but. you can bet I'll return. Thanks," I say, exiting the store. I head for the horse.
-
You exit to the south gate, passing two half-asleep guards. Looking to the city wall, you see a single white horse tied up to a steel hitch.
-
I introduce myself to the horse calmly, trying to establish familiarity between us.
-
The horse strangely already seems accustomed to you. It has a brown saddle on its back.
-
I untie the horse and mount it.
-
It whinnies and dashes off to the west, down a dirt road.
-
*sigh* "Yeah, should've expected this. This is definitely his horse."
-
You bolt down the trail, the horse going at full speed. Do you let it continue?
-
Oh, wait, am I on the horse? I thought it bolted before I got on.
-
Yeah, sorry. It ran off with you as soon as you mounted it.
-
I try to ease the horse and slow it down to a stop.
-
It continues to burst down the road at full speed. It strangely seems to stay in the center of the road steadily.
-
I do my best to stay on the horse and see where it takes me. I keep track of my surroundings as they pass by.

Editado por Windom: 4/21/2014 10:52:23 PMIt's high in the afternoon, around 5pm. You're in a rather plain, boring landscape. There are just dirt plains nearly as far as you can see. The plains appear to change into grassy hills to the north. The horse bolts at full speed for around an hour, slowing when it reaches the top of a cliff. It then begins to walk down a trail built into the cliff with a steep incline down.
-
I keep on riding the horse, watching for treacherous terrain.
-
You come down the trail after a half hour, finding yourself in an enormous trench. Two massive cliffs rise on either side of you. Down the trench a bit, you see what appears to be a city.

It bolts down the trench, eventually coming to the large, sprawling city. It slows down when it comes near, and stops right outside the 30-foot gate. "Halt!" one of the guardsmen barks. "What business do you have in Veix, traveler?"
The post limit is 100, so we have around 14 replies until that. And no problem, you can edit it whenever it's convenient. Also, just thought I should tell you, Nāq did mention the letter's destination near the end of your conversation.
"Messenger work, sir. I've come from Brookwood."
Alright, I'll start up a subthread around 95 or so. Sorry I haven't been online lately, I'm preparing for a band concert and I've got some really exposed parts.
