4 RespuestasDragonborn Dawnguard didn't really add much content, and made the Volkihar situation even worse (Seriously Bethesda, why do they live in a hugeass castle when they should be living under frozen lakes (Although the attention to detail with Serana and her mum getting r@ped by Molag Bal was nice, I'm surprised Bethesda even remembered that part TBH)

1 RespuestaDawnguard added crossbows, which I like, and vampires that kill my friends, which I don't like. Both campaigns were pretty solid, didn't play enough on Solstheim to remember much. I do remember finding this sacrifice victim that was absolutely horrific-looking. I was infuriated and immediately hunted down the hagravens in the nearby cave in the name of justice. Wasn't even a quest, but it was arguably the most memorable part of the DLC for me. I still feel vindicated when I bring one down.

Dragonborn, however they're both good for their own reasons. Dawnguard gives you a long quest line and new weapons, abilities ex, however Dragonborn gives you a shorter story and a good sized island to explore, with clear thought put into it and many new side quests as well as the main quest line plus cool new weapons and shouts and even the ability to ride dragons.
-
Only thing I dislike about the Dragonborn dlc is the fact that although technically you can ride a dragon, you can't control where it goes.Literally my only disappointment with it. Everything else is great.
-
I never got Dragonborn, so I guess out of one sided experience. Dawnguard.

Editado por Axdinosaurx: 4/10/2014 4:10:22 PMDragonborn has a lot more content and was worth the price. It's also got the pull of nostalgia if you played the bloodmoon expasion for Morrowind (which was awesome). Dawnguard didn't really add enough to justify the price, though if you care about your character being a werewolf/vampire Dawnguard actually makes that a viable option again.
-
Dawnguard because you hunt vampires

Dragon born. Better environment, more interesting storyline and better perks/abilities. Dawnguard still has a lot to offer such as the enhanced dwarven crossbow, auriels shield and Serana. Oh Serana.....

1 RespuestaEditado por TechnoKat: 4/6/2014 7:37:34 PMDragonborn. -Morrowind themed area -BMG looped back around into Morrowind's music, which was godly for nostalgia. -Werebears -Serpentine Dragons -Stahlrim -Chaos Enchantment -Strongest Light Armor sets for both DragonSlaying and for being a Dual Wielding rogue. -BlackBooks -Actually Hot Nord Women for marridge. -Several new craftable sets (Nordic, Chitin, Stalhrim, Bonemold) I'm gonna stop there.
-
Dawnguard adds in things that should've been there already and forces you to be stuck with a companion for the entire questline until you finish it. Dragonborn is waaaaaaaay better.
-
The one with more content, and was actually good.
