Hitler was a great leader.
He was a pathetic excuse for a human being, but he was a great leader.
Answers that aren't Hitler: Napoleon, Charlemagne, Alexander the Great, Mao Zedong, George Washington, Julius Ceaser.
Honestly, I'd put Napoleon on par with Hitler (as far as leadership prowess goes). Hitler simply had more technology and a war-weary world. But Hitler was, ultimately, not a great tactician. He inundated his command chain with red tape that very well may have won him the war if otherwise.

I never said Hitler was better than the other leaders I listed. I was just addressing the OP. I totally agree that Napoleon and Hitler are on par.

OOOOOOH! I read it as "Answers that others would give but are to be ignored because they aren't 'Hitler'" Which I admit is a tremendously less likely interpretation, but Hey it's the Flood.
