That is the definition of spam.
Lately i have been receiving too much of this from ppl

I like meeting new ppl and having lotsa ppl to do shit with especially in the upcoming destiny. However ppl like [u]Wolva Wonka[/u] aka COTU who muted me after i berated him for spamming me. His stupid response was "kid" its recruting!!!"
NO jackass. Its spam.
Am i over reacting? Or is it just as obnoxious to you?

He sent one of those recruitment messages to me too. Personally I don't mind it and I've used it myself a few times, but if someone continues to message you that's when it gets annoying

I completely agree. Use a post to recruit not something as intrusive as a message. All the main clans/guilds seem to be victims of our members getting subjected to this. At least you can choose to not view a post thats regularly bumped but you can't ignore a message!
