They made a deal with activision. Activision made deal with sony for destiny. And xbox for call of duty. Its not a big deal. Bungie WAS partnered with microsoft remember? Xbox gets everything ps gets. Just couple weeks later.
-
Obviously bungie is new to ps consoles so they need to invest in more beta. Or its a promo from activision. Seeing as they control these decisions
-
13 RespuestasIt's called "profit".
-
5 RespuestasWe've had Bungie all to ourselves for the last 10 years, I think we can handle letting another kid play with the toy first :P

Because it bungie and Activision... And u know Activision.... Not that I'm complaining I have a PS4!

Editado por Warlock: 3/18/2014 9:55:27 PMThey're trying to appeal to the PSer's, I honestly don't see why many of us Xboxer's are acting butthurt, we'll get it eventually, and we'll get compensation like everyone else geez..

I have PS4 and I'm happy about it

2 RespuestasActivision. That's the only reason. They agreed to publish Destiny, but one if the conditions was that PSN gets additional content first, plus exclusive content. They probably think it's fair, because the XBox gets Call of Duty stuff first, but CoD is the Special Olympics of the gaming world, so that should probably be switched up. Really don't like Bungie working with them, but that's what they're doing. Nothing we can do but be displeased about it.
-
In a nutshell. First come, first serve. Playstation came to Bungie/ Activision first so they get all the access first.
-
Because Activision gives CoD early dlc and they decided it was PlayStation's turn with Destiny
-
It's so Bungie can extend their fanbase.
-
thanks for ur comments guys really!
-
11 RespuestasCause Sony paid Activision the big buccaroonies for it.
-
5 RespuestasSame reason Xbox users get early CoD DLC, exclusivity deals.
-
10 RespuestasIt's a business tactic. Nothing wrong with that. Bungie hasn't worked with PS before, and they need to draw in new customers. In comes Activision, and they partner with Sony (who paid a hefty amount for early access exclusives,I'm sure) made a bid to do just that. Bungie still loves the XB community, but they need to branch out a bit. It's a good business tactic.

5 RespuestasIt was a marketing deal cut w/ Sony by Activision. Kinda like how 360s get dlc earlier than ps3s that's all
-
2 RespuestasIt's Bungies way of welcoming playstation to a community In a good way to start things out ya know they even said that when they announced the beta that it's to honor there new part of the community
-
2 RespuestasBecause Playstation has been waiting ten years longer then xbox....
-
3 RespuestasI have a PS4, so I don't mind. But I did find it very strange. I thought Bungie was completely loyal to Microsoft
-
8 RespuestasIt's because playstation partnered with activision. But bungie has stated multiple times that they still love their xbox fans.
