What kind of parents allow their kid to grow up thinking like that?

Oh, so I guess parenting is just bad now. Since most kids are exactly like her these days. You can raise a child however you want. They are going to think whatever they want. Its on the kid.

Lol You can control what your kids watch on tv. You can control what they get taught. You can control as much or as little of their lives as you want to, so if there's something you don't like in your kids, it's because you didn't have the balls to thoroughly teach them otherwise. Look at the WBC and the Scientologists; they teach their kids the most ridiculous shit and they keep them contained so those ideas aren't challenged. You could do something similar if you wanted to; if you have full control over the child's influences you can make them whoever you want them to be. If you honestly think parents have little control over who their child turns into, you are a bigger idiot than I thought.

Then so long as he continues playing you can 'help' every once in a while by bribing certain people here and there, eventually ending up with him playing in the NFL. It isn't unheard of; lots of people live through their offspring with varying degrees of influence. It gets complicated but it is possible if you spend the time to figure it all out, even with teenagers and their raging hormones.

I disagree. When a child lives in a nice house, eats nice food, gets an amazing education, they are living a good life right? I guess that's also spoiling them too...... So you can give your child a good life or you can give them a bad life, either way you're gonna lose? Damn, I should have thought about that before I had my son.

No you are reading into too much. Yes you can give your child a good life. My parents were middle class 100,000 a year income. We had a big house, good food. But they didnt go out and spoil me buy me a car. They gave me morales that put me ahead in my generation paid for my own education, vehicle, rent and food when I moved out. And I would hope to bring those morales to my own son when he grows older. So that he doesnt feel entitled like the majority of kids nowadays. Work hard and you get great results. In this situation it looks like the child was spoiled rotten and given everything she has ever asked for. Or else she wouldnt be taking her parents to court for kicking her out at 18. And then the parents after getting sued says to her yes deat you follow the rules we will let you back and pay for your college. And your telling me this isnt the reason this child isnt a spoiled brat? You cant just give handouts all the time or else when they go out into the real world they always expect everyones help.
