I'm still in 9th grade, so I still consider myself to be in childhood. I don't have a job and can't drive, which are two big things that I think would denote your childhood as being over.

That moment was last night. We have finalized everything and on February 19th I'll be swearing into the USAF. My childhood is gone now, it's time to be an adult, whatever that entails.

1 RespuestaOh there are so many markers on the road. When you think, "I don't want to get out of bed right now, I can choose not to, but I really have to." When you have to decide between groceries, rent or gaming. When you realize that you're completely invisible to the "girls-gone-wild" demographic. When you look at someone and ask yourself, "Is this someone who I could grow old with?" When you look at your doctor and wonder, "Are they some sort of child genius? They look like a high-schooler." When you stop seeing names you recognize in the news, but do see those names in the obituaries.
