Why are PC gamers so greedy?
I just want to know why [b]most[/b] PC gamers think that every good game should be for their system?
They can spend more then $1,000 for their PC's, but they cant buy a $500 dollar console to play a game speculated for greatest like Destiny. Its like if you have a brother and your mom comes home with two pieces of candy, one for you and one for your brother. But your brother thinks keeps whining and saying "Moooooom, why didn't I get that too, Whyyy mooomm?" That's annoying isn't it.
Truth is, Consoles are getting more popular and [b]some[/b] PC gamers don't even buy games. They just download the torrent and I don't blame them for doing that because PC's make it so easy to get illegal files. PC gamers act like Console graphics are bad but look at Halo 4. Halo 4 is for the 360 which is an old console and it manage to pull off graphics that stunning. This only means its gonna get better from here because now the PS4 and Xbox One have more power than the 360 and PS4 so graphics way way way better then the Halo 4's graphics will be coming.
I'm not talking about all PC gamers and a PC is a great gaming platform but damn, its not like its God or anything.
If you are not this type of PC gamer then I'm not referring to you.

But hoping that Destiny doesn't come out for PC because you hate PC gamers , is as Shallow is it gets. Lets not forget , if the PC didn't exist then none of you would be playing Console games ... We should support all "AAA" Titles like Destiny on all Platforms for ALL GAMERS! And if you think that "No Companies make money if they make PC games" because we all "Torrent" them , then you are Delusional . If this were true do you think we would have any PC games atall?? Making PC games is Profitable , just not as profitable as Console games. But Profitable all the same ;)

I wouldn't characterise it as "Greedy" more a vein of "Selfishness" - since they think their platform is the best and is being held back by the others so developers should just focus on them.

2 RespuestasThe fact that you think most PC gamers do this is a case of what I like to call "The Asshole Minority Effect." It generally happens on the internet. When there is a community of any kind, where the majority of the members are ok, cool, nice, not bothering anybody, and so on, there will always be an Asshole Minority that is extremely vocal about, well, everything. They get into a lot of arguments with other people (generally, on the internet), and are extremely vocal and assholish about all the things they think are wrong with anything. Unfortunately, the rest of the community isn't all that vocal about anything, so all you hear from that community comes from the Asshole Minority's mouth. This results in everybody outside that community thinking that all (or at least most, in your case) members of the community are like that, when in reality, it is a minority. Even though few people in the community act like that, the fact that only the Asshole Minority is heard gives the whole community a bad reputation. tl;dr: When there is a minority of assholes in a community, because they are loud and vocal (whereas the rest aren't), they will be the only ones heard by people outside the community, and people will think assholes like them comprise the whole community, when in reality, they are but a minority.

As a PC gamer, I don't think I'm greedy. I'd LOVE for Destiny to release on PC because my rig is capable at running brand new games at Maximum Settings, and smooth as butter too. The high resolution and higher graphics settings is what attracted me to begin with, but I'm also a console gamer (Both last gen Sony and MS, and Current Gen too)... if anything I have extra cash to burn. But I'm not greedy. D:

Are PS4 gamers greedy for wanting Titanfall? If I buy a system and I see a cool game, I'll want it to be on that system. Why is that a bad thing?

I don't think greedy is the right word. Perhaps entitled? But I think the best word to use would be disappointed. Everybody want any great game to be released on a platform they already own. PC gamers asking for a PC release is not greedy. They are just expressing what they want, which is fine.
