My classes are an hour and 45 mimutes long. I simply cannot focus my attention for that long in a lecture based Health class. I don't even need a health credit, I'm a teacher's aide. So I sit in the back of the class and just contemplate shit. Did you know that my classroom has 49 celings tiles? We have two empty desks because they are slightly shorter than the others. I know, I measured them with my eyes. My dead, unwavering eyes. I woke in the middle of it today. I was unaware I had fallen asleep but I had. I brought my laptop. That is the one room in the entire school that doesn't have wifi. I spent an hour and 30 minutes watching the Dictionary word of the day bounce around the screen. It was Mercantile, which is a general store.
