I suppose figuring out where this disdain is coming from would be a good place to start, or your reasoning behind it. Determining the root of a problem is a good first step to solving it.

Perhaps, but do you have any ideas about it? Usually such a strong...dislike towards a certain subject implicates some kind of negative personal experience with it.

I don't believe that science is absolutely right all the time, it's not an absolute answer to everything like religious people make it out to be. I could probably just go on a rant about everything I think is wrong with religion but I won't.

Sorry for what? It's not biggie I just don't think you should generalize. There are plenty of good religious people, it's just that they're not vocal about it like the bigoted asshole ones are.
