What are things that piss you off flood? Mine really happened today and it will be kind of a rant so I'm going to put it in a spoiler. [spoiler]So today I went to a speech tournament. I was in 4A Domestic extemporaneous speaking (DEX). It was my second time competing in that event so I was really looking forward to doing better and under less pressure since I was the only one competing in it (it is mostly a 5A 6A tournament). In DEX you draw a question about domestic events and have 30 minutes to formulate a speech on it (can't go over 7 minutes). You get a index cars but that can only have 50 words. So I went to draw room early in case I got lost (it was a large and confusing campus). I sign in on a sheet of paper and glance at my room number. Eventually I get to draw my question (Has the Tea Party delivered a fatal blow to the Republican Party?) and write my speech. 30 minutes later the guy in charge tells us to go to our rooms. "Okay," I think to myself "I better double check that sign in paper." I go to check it... and it's gone. Just mine, everyone else's was still there. So then I have to go off memory and I think my room is room 222. I go stand outside of that room and wait for judges as it is empty. About 10 minutes later I ask the hall monitor if he knows anything about the judges. He goes down to the main room and comes back and says they are having problems getting judges. So a few minutes later a judge looks out of the next room and I'm the only competitor in the hallway, I am holding my index card and question. We make eye contact, he looks around and goes back into his room. I resume waiting. By this time I am starting to get worried. An hour has passed. The judges leave the next room and I get a text from my coach. It's a picture of my ballot with the words "no show" in it. As it turns out my room was actually room 221. I waited for a -blam!-ING HOUR outside the ADJOINING ROOM and the -blam!-ING JUDGES EVEN SAW ME AND DIDN'T SAY A DAMN THING. So I just got cheated out of a competition.[/spoiler]
