Portability for LAN Parties. I go to one almost every month.

Editado por Ad Hoc: 1/7/2014 5:54:14 PMWell, it all looks good except the PSU. The 770 requires at least a 600W. Nice choice though. I love me that Titan cooler. This should be good. This would be better.

I updated the Post with a 750Watt PSU just in case.

Editado por Ad Hoc: 1/7/2014 6:03:11 PMI think it'll be worth it. You might want to SLI or upgrade in the future. The whole Bronze and Gold thing is a cop out anyway. Did you make sure the fans are the correct size?
-
I cannot SLI in a Micro ATX (Most Motherboards including the one I am getting only have 1 PCIE port.
-
I looked into it more and the estimated usage of wattage by the system is 422. That means I should be fine with a 550watt PSU. Switched it back. The fans are correct (Based on other builds on the same ATX)
-
I read that but I also read it needed 260 Watts. Conflicting information everywhere.
-
The PSU itself might use 260 watts of power, but that's not nearly enough for all the hardware combined. Trust me, the 600W requirement is in the specifications of the card. A 260 watt PSU isn't enough for anything.

The same goes for the card I will get

You always want some headroom of you are going to expand. Also, Nvidia suggests you have a minimum of 600W when using their GPUs.
-
You're going about this the wrong way. Go to details and and look at requirements.
Minimum of a 600 Watt power supply.
You're free to do what you want, but you DO NOT want to go under 600W. That has the potential to fry hundreds of dollars of hardware. The PSUs I posted are cheaper anyway. You might as well get them.
-
If you really feel that way I will get a 600watt PSU.
