1 RespuestaCurse words in the videos from upload studio. It's not going to ban you for cursing in front of the kinect. If you upload a video from the upload studio with profanity or nudity you're subject to be banned.

Do we really need countless F-bombs and other curse words in videos? No, because there are a lot of kids that can access the videos and dint need to see it.

1 RespuestaI like how in the WoW ToS/CoC Blizzard literally says that they can ban you for anything or nothing and they don't have to provide a reason, and nobody complains.

9 RespuestasI find the sexuality bit much more offensive.
You may use the following terms to express your relationship orientation or gender identity in you profile or Gamertag: Lesbian Gay Bi Transgender Straight Other terms regarding relationship orientation are not allowed.
How ignorant. Microsoft really needs to check their privileges. Cis scum assholes.

No, this is not Kindergarten and kids shouldn't be using Xbox Live anyway.

They have always been more attuned to providing a "family friendly" environment so it's not surprising. Honestly there are enough places to freely communicate (like right here to an extent. Fear the Banhammer!), having one place that is policed to that extent is actually kind of nice. As for the actual bans, again it's nothing new. The only reason it has been brought back to attention is because of their new video sharing features. The code of conduct still applies to those as well as the punishments which can range anywhere including temporary (or on rare occasions permanent) bans.

It's rather unecessary the use of ecxessive curse words in a multi-player maych, because all it does is create a toxic community in the longrun. For example the C.O.D. community. So I agree with that there needs to be some sort filter or punishment for excessive bad language. However this should apply to public and gamechats. However private games and parties should remain uncensored.
