Destiny should require users to use their real names.
Destiny should have an exclusive nametag system that requires users to use their real names (first, middle initial, and last). This would get rid of the problem of trolls hiding behind their anonymity. This would also require that they include their phone numbers on their profiles.
Edit: to verify the ID, social security numbers would also be required.

You are thinking too small. In order to use our consoles at all we should need finger scans, sperm tests, retina scans. real name entry, address, country, hand print scans, foot scans, full body scan, check our piss and shit to make sure it comes from the same body, and have to enter a 1 million word coded password that changes daily 1000 times. That way noone can tell a your mama joke again.
