I don't care if you call me a fanboy, a troll or whatever, but it is a -blam!-ing fact that Xbox One will dominate the next gen in power, graphics, games and whatever.
One of the architects of Xbox One doing a press conference explaining some really in depth stuff. It's a little long, but highly worth a watch.

Here is an interesting article with an equally interesting quote from a well known developer. Hint: He's talking about the X1, not the PS4.
To further prove this, the PS4 has Direct X 11. The Xbox One uses Direct X 11.2. This 0.2 is a big difference since what makes it the 0.2 is the Tile Resourcing which is what MS is talking about in the above press conference video. PS4 does not and can not do this.
Hence, he was talking about the X1, not the PS4.
Article in layman's terms talking about how MS wants efficiency along with the power.
The Xbox One also comes with a 4k cable, even though it really can't be used.......yet. Xbox One is capable of transferring 4k worth of information while there is nothing in regards to this on the PS4. Nothing.

And here is something from DICE in regards to Battlefield 4.
Frostbite 3 Supports DirectX 11.1 API – Faster GPU/CPU Performance on PCs and Xbox One
Frostbite 3 engine supports DirectX 11.1 API as revealed by DSOGaming.
“We use DX11.1, there are some optimizations in it (constant buffer offsets, dynamic buffers as SRVs) that we got in to the the API that improves CPU performance in our rendering when one runs with DX11.1. This will be in BF4.”
This means that PC and Xbox One versions of Battlefield 4 would be more optimized than PlayStation 4. There’s also a hint at AMD’s Next “Never Settle Bundle” featuring Battlefield 4 as a free title which is a good deal for AMD users.
