-100/10 GTA V was tested multiplayer was glitchy because about 4million people tried to get on at the same time and apparently they didn't expect that. Also, you can't test all of the features of multiplayer that soon and they're working on the problems on it 24/7 Microsoft is also not permitting them to release updates as fast as they would want because of some policy they have.
